• The digital products may not be resold, published, distributed, or reproduced in any form, either digitally or in print.

• Modification or claiming authorship of the product’s content is not permitted.

1.3 Copyright and Digital Protection

• All digital products are digitally watermarked with a unique identifier.

• Unauthorized sharing, uploading, or distribution is actively monitored and may be reported.

• All content remains the intellectual property of Montessori Assistant, a brand owned by Vanina Kuneva. Purchasing a product does not grant ownership rights.

2. REFUND POLICY

2.1 Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed. However, refunds may be issued in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate Purchases – If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, you may request a refund, providing proof of duplication.

• Corrupt or Inaccessible Files – If a file is defective and cannot be opened, please contact support for assistance or a replacement file.
